1. Have in mind the photo you will display in the center of your finished frame. That will determine whether the frame should be VERTICAL or HORIZONTAL. Be sure to circle your VERTICAL/HORIZONTAL choice on the order form . If you have no preference, Sharon will choose the best layout based upon the photos you submit.2. Choose photos that will share the emotions of your special celebration. Close-up photos provide sharper detail, but group photos convey special messages as well. 3. Using the address on the order form, send AT LEAST 12-24 photos PER FRAME. The size of your frame determines how much of each photo will actually be used. Sharon can adjust image sizes when she reprints the photos to create the frame. More photos give Sharon more flexibility in planning and creating the best layout for your frame. Please carefully mark or identify photos you send Sharon that you DEFINITELY want included in your frame layout. Otherwise, Sharon will mix and match the photos you send to create the layout. 4. Please be sure to pack and mail your photographs carefully. Add cardboard to your package to protect your photos. Time Frames by Sharon is NOT responsible for damage to photographs during mailing. 5. Please make sure adequate postage is on the envelope you mail your photographs in so that it will not be returned to you causing delay. 6. Your FINISHED FRAME will be sent to the billing address you provide on the order form, unless you indicate a different shipping address. 7.
